Top pick QB Sam Bradford from Oklahoma impressed in preseason
and will start.
LT Jason Smith returning from injury &
2nd round pick RT Rodger Saffold could improve the O-line.
Acquisition of DT Fred Robbins &
SLB Na’il Diggs could improve the run defense.
Return of CB Ron Bartell from injury
could improve the pass defense.
Return of WR Laurent Robinson from injury.
WR Danny Amendola impressed in preseason.
Division rival Arizona losing Kurt Warner to
retirement. Seattle Seahawks rebuilding.
Threats:

Up and coming division rival San Francisco.
Schedule Analysis:
In 2010 the Rams will suit up just 4 times versus
teams that graced the postseason last year;
Of course the Cardinals figure to be a less potent squad without QB Warner.
Other potentially difficult matchups for the ’10 Rams include;
Record Projection:
Usually when making the Rams’ prediction I find myself writing something like,
“When perusing the Rams’ schedule, locating games to pencil in a ‘W’
is hard to do.” And then out comes a (1-15) projection (right on the money
last year folks)… This season the Rams look better on paper,
so we’re tripling our win projection year over year, projecting a
(3-13) finish in 2010, a slight upgrade
from our initial preseason projection here before the regular season
kicks off.
