in Miami.
14/18
Texans
9-7

Houston topped New England in week 17, but fell short of the postseason.
This team had their chances in 2009.
15/13
Dolphins
7-9
The Dolphins fell at home to the Steelers in week 17
in a season full of blown opportunities.
16/17
Panthers
8-8
Carolina finished the season strong. Things are looking up
for next season with Moore at the helm.
17/15
Broncos
8-8
Once considered a shoe in for the postseason,
’twas quite a collapse these Broncos suffered in 2009.
18/16
Falcons
9-7
The Falcons put together back to back winning seasons
for the first time, but fell short of the postseason.

After starting dismally, the Titans put together a memorable run
behind Vince Young en route to a thrilling .500 season.
20/19
Giants

and topping our season record prediction by one game
with their week 17 victory over the Rams.
22/23

Bears
7-9
The Bears took care of business on the road in Detroit
for win number seven… Certainly several wins less
than most expected coming into the season with Cutler
at the helm.
23/21
Jaguars
7-9
The Jaguars were in the playoff hunt near the end of the season,
but managed to finish below .500.
24/25
Browns
5-11
Cleveland picked up another win, as they topped the Jaguars,
saving Mangini’s job. The Browns were rushing beasts in the final
quarter of the season. Firing Mangini after that simply
wouldn’t have been right.

The Raiders pulled off some nice upsets this season, but still
managed double digit losses.

falling at home to Atlanta, and topping our season projection
by one game.
28/28
Redskins
4-12
Jim Zorn gone. I can’t believe it! Mike Shanahan in. I can believe
that!
29/29
Seahawks
5-11
Mora canned on the heels of a (5-11) season; as if the Seahawks’
woes were the fault of the coach, and somehow another coach
would have done materially better with this group? I doubt it.
None the less, Pete Carroll is rumored to be on board,
returning to the NFL (formerly New England). Could he reunite with
his former QB Drew Bledsoe? Seattle would be the perfect place.
C’mon, look at the trend of aged quarterbacks
left for done who’ve been tearing up the NFL
in their golden years. Bledsoe is younger than Warner and
Favre.
30/30
Chiefs
4-12
Charlie Weis in as the new offensive coordinator.
Something to look forward to for sure.
