In past seasons, week to week free NFL game predictions (win/loss)
were posted for every single game on the NFL schedule in advance of the season.
Even though FootballLOCKS.com posted these free predictions (in NFL pick'em style) for each game during the preseason,
many people still used these selections
throughout the regular season in their weekly office pools and NFL pick em's.
Of course so much can change during the course of any given pro football season which can affect original or opening forecasts
for each individual game.
FootballLOCKS.com will still provide season record projections for the purpose of projecting NFL season win totals
before the season begins.
But it's not so prudent for people to rely on individual game predictions made in preseason
for use in weekly betting pools throughout the entire season. Therefore, future
preseason projections will focus on a given team's projected record, as opposed to
a projection for each individual game on the schedule in advance of the season.
Meanwhile, to meet demand from pool players who want straight up picks for each game of the week
throughout the season, FootballLOCKS.com has added weekly football pool plays to its traditional subscriptions for weekly NFL picks against the spread.
FootballLOCKS.com understands that
that bets on football pools may be smaller than wagers typical gamblers place on individual pro football games in Vegas.
Therefore FootballLOCKS.com is keeping subscription prices as low as possible to serve pool players (we hope to make up the difference on volume).
